A new Chili's and Outback Steakhouse are opening in Middletown by U.S. Route 301. A new Hilton Hotel property will also be part of the project. Axia Hotel Group is leading the charge for this project. Axia operates many hotels and restaurants across Delaware and Maryland. The group, based in Dover, purchased land across from Hedgelawn Plaza.

Mark my words, MAK will receive a Michelin Star! The Chef's Tasting menu was sublime—innovative offerings with caviar, sweet breads, foie gras (not surprising because every menu in Hungary features foie gras), duck, cod, and trout. The New York Times has taken notice of Mak, too, so reservations are recommended.
